Chardon Municipal Court publishes an official public-records request PDF and a record-sealing form. The sheriff records-request page is the local fallback for booking and jail records not available online. Fees, ID requirements, and turnaround times should be confirmed with the receiving office because they were not listed in the captured sheriff records text.
